Good Eats_Tofu Appetizer

I provide some background info and a recipe for a tasty tofu treat that will satisfy the most die-hard meat eaters. Tofu has been a main source of protein-rich nutrition in the diet of my family for a lot of years. We have probably fixed it in as many ways as are there are on record.
